Hi Helen, we share the same GG Grand Parents. Your G grandfather is the brother of my G grandmother Elizabeth. What is fascinating is that your grandfather, and mine, are both called Rueben. I am struggling to identify my grandfather's father.
I am happy to share info and photos with you.
My family tree is "Anderson" ( my mother is Margaret Cree 23/10/33).
Thanks for your comment, I have only just registered on site and have not had a chance to have a good search for my family yet.
My Father was Wallace Cree one of 5 brothers Jack(John) bill, Robert and Hugh and their mother was Helen Wren from Glasgow. I can go back to my Grandfather William Cree and he had 2 brothers Wallace and George also from Glasgow.
I have just come across some 1996 email correspondence that I had with Tara Cree in Canada. Her grandfather was George Harold Cree, born 8 April 1922 and her great-grandfather was Walter Martin Cree, born 10 July 1903. She informed me that the family migrated to Canada in 1929. She would therefore be part of the same Line 16: The Bangor Cree line,
Hello Helen sorry it has taken so long for me to get back to you, we only really have one Cree photo believed to be dated around 1920's however I have been able to put names to the faces, its a bit of a nightmare trying to get a hold of it to get it uploaded though.
