My name is Mary Lelia Rudd I am 45 years old, born in Inglewood, California only daughter of Charles & Grace Rudd. Both parents are deceased so I'm limited to my family history. Started going through old boxes that belonged to my grandparents. I was very young when my fathers mother,my grandmother passed away. Her name was Lelia A. Cree she was born and raised in Bangor,Ireland and the daughter of Roseann & Robert Cree. She entered the United States through Elise Island with her sister Ann Cree and my grandfather Charles Alfred Rudd. So excited about finding this website I have so much information pictures I love to post, Hopefully someone will recognize and help me find out who my ancestors were.

Dear Mary
I have Robert Cree and Rose Ann Kerr in my family line with 7 of their children.
Robert's parents are Thomas Cree and Elizabeth Campbell who had 10 children and his grandparents are Hugh Cree and Catherine who had 7 children.
As for his wife Rose Ann Kerr I only know her father was Michael Kerr
If this looks like any of your family history I can help with others.

Mary,
Welcome to the Cree Family History Network. Many thanks for your detailed ancestry since that helps me to connect your Cree family to Line 17: The Newtownards Line on our sister website the Cree Genealogy Database (http://www.cree.name). We have a Lilly Adeline Cree who was born 6 March 1904 and Annie Florence Cree who was born 6 August 1906. To reach this information and much more go:

and click on Line 17: The Newtownards Line.
A number of our fellow Network members have a very close connection to this Newtownards Line and I have no doubt that they will be in touch with you to exchange information. Please feel free to post any photos and information that you have.
