On Christmas morning, near Donaghadee, James Cree, farmer, aged 107. Until three months before his death, he was able to go about his farm, and do some work in it. He retained his senses to the last. He was punctual to his word, and often said he abhorred the violators of their promise. He always met his neighbours with a cheerful countenance. He left a noble example to those who are desirous of long life, good health, and easy circumstances, by his constant practice of going to bed with his head cool, and his feet warm.
