I believe I am related back to Alexander Cree born 28.05.1699 in Methven. I also have links through Ancestry, not sure how accurate they are, back to a Robert Crie born 1618 possibly in Fife.
I shall attempt to post the direct lineage I have to Alexander in the coming days.

Hi Trevor my nearest Cree relative would be my Great Great Grandmother Mary Cree born on 04.11.1862 @ 10 Victoria Street Govan, Glasgow. She married Robert Wilson on 12.03.1880 and passed on 03.04.1938 aged 75 @ 35 Robson Street, Glasgow.

Her father was John Cree 08.03.1831 – 11.06.1895 (64).

James Cree 25.11.1753 – ?

George Cree 26.04.1724 – 05.03.1763

Alexander Cree 26.05.1699 - ? Have a record of Chelsea Pensioner 14.05.1762

Thomas cree 1660 - ?

David Crie 30.10.1638 - ?

Robert Crie 1618 - ?
