George Cree and Annie Topping

Further to Cathy Hale's message.  My grandfather was Andrew Cree, son of George Cree and Annie Topping.  Andrew was the only one of their children who stayed in Northern Ireland.  His brothers George, William and Samuel and his step-brother John all emigrated to Canada.  Andrew's grandmother Lizzie Topping went with them in 1915 following the death of her husband in 1914.  She was 58 at the time and went to Montreal.

Andrew Cree married Mary Ann Longmore Mercer on 22.9.1922.  Andrew died in an accident in March 1941.  Mary died in 1991.
