Gill and Patty,

Many thanks for adding your recent photos of William Cree's house to the Cree Family History Network. It is pleasing to know that this historic house is in very good hands. We are still endeavouring to make the proven link with living Cree individuals in Ireland, Scotland or England through our Cree DNA project. Once that has been achieved we may be able to take William's ancestry back to the 1600s. However it is likely that many hundred Cree descended from William Cree are living in the USA at the present time and I'm sure that they will also appreciate what you have done.

My Wife and I bought the William Cree house in Jefferson Township and are hoping to find out more about the Cree's who lived in the house. We have collected a lot of information from this and other web sites and have a history of the house that has been passed on by pass owners.
